USES AND CHARACTERISTICS
Type WH-800 & HY800-N horizontal one-stage pusher
centrifuge is a filtering centrifuge with pulsation discharge
and sequence control. At full speed it can perform all the op
erationat procedures, such as feeding, separating, washing,
drying and discharging.
This centrifuge has a number of advantages,such as
automatic and continuous operation procedure, large
output,lower power consumption, little damage to crystal
grain,smooth operationand easily operate and maintain. It's
suitable for separation of suspensions of fine filtering crystal
grain size or short fibre. The suspension has the average
solid particle size of 0.2-3mm, the content concentration of
40-60%, the operation temperature less than 100 .
(The parts in contact with suspension are made of
1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.)
CONSTRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
Thc centrifuge mainly consists of casing, feedingtube,
bowl, screen mesh, pusher disc, framte, bearing block co-
mbination, motor, oil pump, cooler and so on. Sepatating
and drying of the suspe nsio n are treated in the bowl. The
cooler makes the hydraulic oil cool well. Casing, bearing
block combJ nation and motor are fixed on the frame and
make the construction of the centrifuge very wellknit.
After the centrifuge runs at full speed, the suspension
is input continously into distribu ting bucket tbroughthe
feeding rubin screen. Through the space of screen and the
holes of the bowl, the liquid phase is discharged through
the liquid-dis charging port on the casing,while the solid
phase is interceped, Then the solid phase is discharged on
the holes of the bowl, And the pusher disc reciprocates,
moveingtbe solid layer axially forward and discharged out
of the bowl through thesolid outlet on the casing.

Model HR Horizontal Double-stage Pusher Centrifuges
STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
Model HR horizontal double-stage pusher centrifuge mainly
consists of pump assemby, pusher mechanism, frame, bearing,
basket, screen, control-box, etc. Pusher mechanism, basket and
other parts are supported on the frame by bearing assembly. The
pump assembly is also supported by the frame, of which oil
pump stretching into the oil tank. There is an oil cooler in oil
conduit. Rotary body is connected with the main machine through
V-belt. Electric control-box is an independent system, installed in
a suitable place for main machine.
After main motor rotates at full speed, the suspension is fed
into distributor of the outside basket through the feeding pipe.By
the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is distributed all
over the screen evenly. The liquid is separated and drained off by
the clearance of screen and filter holes of the basket. The solid
stays on the screen and forms a ring-shaped residue layer. For the
reciprocation of inner basket, the residue shall be moved forward
along axial direction and be discharged through the collecting tank
in front of the outer basket.

of continuous operating machine. At full speed, it can finish all
operation processes, such as feeding, separating, washing, drying,
discharging, ect. This kind centrifuge is suitable for separating
suspensions with middle size particles and short fabrics, and is
widely used in chemical industry, fertilizers, salt industry,
phamaceutical, foodstuff, light industry and so on.
This centrifuge has the following conventional advantages:
automatic continuous operation, large throughput, continuous
discharge, high solid recovery, low consumption and low mois-
ture content. All the parts contacted with supplier are made of
stainless steel.
